Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a leading think tank specializing in international affairs, is seeking an administrative assistant to work with the Nuclear Policy Program. The position will provide administrative and secretarial support, make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, perform database work, web posting, coordinate meetings, and interface with the international public policy community. May assist in the preparation of grant reports and budgets as well as monthly financial reviews of grant spending. Excellent entry level opportunity to work with senior scholars.

The Nuclear Policy Program is an internationally acclaimed source of expertise and policy thinking on nuclear industry, nonproliferation, security, and disarmament. Its multinational staff works at the forefront of nuclear policy issues in the United States, Russia, China, Northeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. Some knowledge of the field, including relevant coursework, is preferred.
