| Description: | Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a leading foreign policy think tank with global operations, is seeking a Deputy Director for Operations for the Carnegie Moscow Center. Established in 1993, the Center has a staff of approximately 40. The Deputy Director will oversee the Center�s finance, human resources, communications, publications, and other administrative and management functions; lead the annual budget process and review spending; direct day-to-day operations; lead the Carnegie Moscow Center�s fundraising efforts, including proposal development and identifying and facilitating contacts with potential funders; and coordinate activities and visits with the Russia/Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment headquarters in Washington DC. Ability to operate in Russian required. Advanced degree desirable.
