Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a leading think tank specializing in international affairs, is seeking a deputy director for its internationally renowned Nuclear Policy Program. In addition to conducting his or her own research, this position will manage the program�s operations in Washington, DC, oversee the organization of the Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference, and work closely with the Vice President for Studies in overseeing the activities of a team of policy analysts in Washington, Moscow, Beijing and Europe. Ideal candidate will have deep expertise in one aspect of nuclear policy � deterrence, disarmament, nonproliferation or nuclear energy � in at least one country; demonstrated excellence in writing and editing; management experience and attention to detail; serious interest in marketing content via the web and new media; advanced degree and/or insightful experience in government.
